We offer you a simple 3-step bookkeeping process
1. You send the information
You send your credit card statements, bank statements, invoices, etc. to us. You can send this information to us securely via Google Drive or Dropbox. You can also mail your documents to our office.
2. We work on your books
We will enter the expense, income details from your statements and categorize them. We will then reconcile and match your credit card and bank statements. Our bookkeepers can also handle any other bookkeeping tasks you require for your business.
3. You will receive tax-ready reports
Our virtual bookkeeping team will send your monthly or quarterly accounts, year-end accounts, profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and other tax-ready financial reports. These are tax-ready documents for you.

What software do you use for Bookkeeping?
We primarily use QuickBooks online software for most of our clients. We also use desktop versions of QuickBooks. Our virtual bookkeepers are familiar with more than a dozen accounting software packages such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, MYOB, Sage, Yardi, Rent manager etc. If you have any specific software requirement, we can work on them as well.
